In this Terms and Conditions document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings defined herein unless the context requires otherwise:

By using the RTF88 platform, you fully accept these terms and conditions. This acceptance takes effect from the date you first access the platform, register an account, make a deposit, or place any bet — whichever occurs earliest.

• One account per individual: Each individual is permitted to hold only one active RTF88 account. Owning more than one account under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended.
• Accurate information: All information you provide during registration must be accurate and current. This includes your full name, an active Malaysian phone number, and any other details requested.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. RTF88 will not be held liable for any losses arising from third-party access to your account due to your own negligence.
• Identity Verification: RTF88 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (such as a MyKad) at any time, particularly prior to processing withdrawals above certain thresholds or as part of anti-money laundering procedures.
• Malaysia phone number: Registration requires an active Malaysian phone number, which is used for two-factor authentication and important account notifications.

RTF88 takes the protection of minors seriously. We implement age verification procedures for all new members and reserve the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts found to be held by individuals under 18 will be closed immediately, and all balances in the account will be fully forfeited without exception.

• Match cancellation: If a match is cancelled or postponed for more than 24 hours, all bets placed on that match will be voided and the stake will be refunded in full to the member's account.

RTF88's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

If you have any complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of RTF88's services, please follow the procedure below:
